Description: The Legal Intern position is designed to provide the participant with the opportunity to experience various job functions working alongside the Raiders’ in-house attorneys on the business side of the team’s operations. This internship is intended to be a comprehensive, hands-on experience in which the successful candidate will receive a first-hand look at how a professional sports team functions and all day-to-day issues and obstacles that must be navigated by in-house counsel.
The Legal Intern will support the Legal department by assisting with multiple functional workstreams and projects including drafting and reviewing a variety of agreements pertaining to ticket sales and seat licenses, sponsorships, real estate, general commercial matters, and stadium operations, and researching and analyzing issues involving employment law, intellectual property, NFL compliance, and any relevant statutory laws as needed.This part-time, seasonal internship is an on-site role based in Henderson/Las Vegas, Nevada, running from June 2nd, 2025, to August 8th, 2025. Candidates must be available to work for the entire duration of the program. Interns are responsible for securing their own housing and transportation for the length of the internship.Application

The NFL Management Council is the division of the NFL legal department that negotiates and advises NFL clubs regarding the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement and represents them in grievance arbitrations against the NFL Players Association.

Description: Summer Associate positions at VLA are available on a full-time, unpaid basis to rising second and third-year law students. Our Summer Associate program runs for ten weeks, generally from late May until early August. VLA is unable to accommodate split summers.
VLA’s Summer Associates interact with individual artists and arts organizations, and gain hands-on experience analyzing, interpreting, and counseling members of New York’s arts community on legal issues pertaining to various areas of law, including intellectual property, contract, and non-profit and for-profit corporate matters.

Title: Law Clerk
Experience Sought: 1L or 2L
Description: Each Law Clerk will be involved in all aspects of the MLSPA’s Legal Department’s responsibilities, with a focus on contract administration, compliance, and data tracking. The MLSPA is seeking a year-long, in-person commitment from law clerks (full-time hours during summer break and part-time during the academic year). As such, preferred candidates should be located in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area or within reasonable commuting distance from Spring 2025 through at least Spring 2026.
